- Service Providers: Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) - both bound by privacy agreements
- Law Enforcement: Only if legally required by valid court order
We NEVER share with:

- Marketing companies
- Research organizations (without explicit consent)
5. Your Rights and Controls
You Have the Right To:
- Access: View all data we have about you
- Delete: Remove your account and all associated data
- Export: Download your guides in a portable format

NeuroLink Bridge is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US:

- With Account: We keep your data until you delete your account
- Without Account: Data stays on your device until you clear it
- After Deletion: Removed immediately from our servers (may persist in backups up to 30 days)

- Update the "Effective Date" at the top
- Notify users of material changes via the app
