Information We DON'T Collect:

• Location data
• Device identifiers
• Behavioral tracking
• Third-party cookies

• People YOU choose: When you share a QR code or link
• Service Providers: Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) - both bound by privacy agreements
• Law Enforcement: Only if legally required by valid court order

We NEVER share with:

• Advertisers
• Data brokers
• Marketing companies
• Research organizations (without explicit consent)

We protect your data using:

• Encryption: SSL/TLS for all data transmission

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

NeuroLink Bridge is designed for use by parents and adult caregivers:

• We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13
• Parents control all information entered about their children
• If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately

NeuroLink Bridge is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US:

9. Data Retention

• With Account: We keep your data until you delete your account
• Without Account: Data stays on your device until you clear it
• After Deletion: Removed immediately from our servers (may persist in backups up to 30 days)

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or laws. We will:

• Post the new policy on this page
• Update the "Effective Date" at the top
• Notify users of material changes via the app

1. Local Data: Clear your browser's localStorage for this site
2. Account Data: Email us to request account deletion
3. Immediate Action: You can clear all local data using the "Clear All Data" button in the app
