- Account Information: Email address and password (only if you create an account)
- Care Guide Information: Any information you choose to enter about your child's needs, preferences, and care requirements
- Conversation Data: Messages you send to AriaStar (our AI companion) to provide personalized support
- Daily Tracking: Information about your child's daily patterns, moods, activities, and notes you choose to log
- Emergency Information: Contacts and crisis strategies you add for quick access
Information We DON'T Collect:
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Behavioral tracking across other websites
- Third-party advertising cookies

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Services
How We Use AI (AriaStar)
NeuroLink Bridge uses AI technology (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to provide personalized support. When you interact with AriaStar:
- Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate helpful responses
- Anthropic does NOT use your data to train their AI models (per their API terms)
- Conversations are used only to provide immediate support and improve YOUR experience
- Your family's data is combined across features to give AriaStar context about your child
Who We Share With:
Service Providers (bound by strict privacy agreements):
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Processes conversations to generate AriaStar responses
- Supabase: Secure database storage for your account and family data
- Vercel: Hosts and serves the application
- People YOU choose: When you share a Care Guide via QR code or link
We NEVER share with:
- Advertisers or ad networks
- Data brokers or aggregators
- Marketing or analytics companies
- Research organizations (without explicit consent)
- Law enforcement (except when legally required by valid court order)
5. Your Rights and Controls
You Have the Right To:
- Access: View all data we have about you
- Delete: Remove your account and all associated data
- Export: Download your guides in a portable format
- Correct: Update any information at any time
- Object: Opt out of any data processing
6. Data Security
We protect your data using:
- Encryption: SSL/TLS for all data transmission
- Secure Storage: Industry-standard database security
- Access Controls: Authentication required for account access
- Regular Updates: Security patches and monitoring
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
NeuroLink Bridge is designed for use by parents and adult caregivers:
- We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 13
- Parents control all information entered about their children
- If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately
8. International Users
NeuroLink Bridge is operated from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the US:
- Your data may be transferred to and stored in the US
- You consent to this transfer by using the Service

9. Data Retention
- With Account: We keep your data until you delete your account
- Without Account: Data stays on your device until you clear it
- After Deletion: Removed immediately from our servers (may persist in backups up to 30 days)

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or laws. We will:
- Post the new policy on this page
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top
- Notify users of material changes via the app
